Abdul Hoque, our founder has been a proud owner of several restaurants which include Burgercrave at Bondi Junction and Bombay Tiffin in Sydney. Abdul has several years of experience in experimenting with food and being a part of the food industry. He has also been associated with many restaurants such as Ambala Restaurant and Function Centre in Luna Park, Sydney and others.
With his passion for exceptional quality in food, our head chef Rubel Alam brings forth to you different platters that are outwardly delicious. He experiments with innovative ideas and creates healthy delightful food for our patrons. Alam’s culinary philosophy reflects on his desire for simplicity, though he enjoys deconstructing the recipes and reinventing them by blending regional and local quality ingredients with freshness being a priority.
Alam comes to us after being associated with Sydney’s iconic waterfront venue, ‘Zest’ in Point Piper. He had worked alongside various celebrity chefs like Neil Perry of ‘Rockpool’, and Pete Evans formally of ‘Hugo’s’. ‘Flamez’ in Maroubra is where he brings his culinary expressions alive.
